1/2 C. Onion
2 C. Water
2 C. Diced Potatoes
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 C. Ham-Cubed
Dash of Pepper
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 C. Sour Cream
2 T. Parsley
2 C. Milk
Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; boil until tender. Remove some liquid, if needed (just so ingredients have a small amount of liquid.) Add creamed soup, sour cream , parsley, milk and pepper. Heat.
