1-1/2 lb Hamburger
12 oz. Tomato Paste
1-1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
3 c. Water
2 c. Cottage Cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
1 T. Parsley
8 Uncooked Lasagna Noodles
2 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Brown meat and drain. Add tomato paste, basil, oregano, garlic powder and water. Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. In a separate bowl combine cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs and parsley.
Layer in baking Dish:
1/2 Meat mixture
Row of Lasagna Noodles
1/2 Cottage Cheese mixture
1/2 Shredded Cheese
Repeat
Cover with tin foil and bake at 350° for 70 minutes. Let stand 10-15 to set up before cutting and serving.
